Lisi Roig Rock-climbing guide

Born in Terrassa (Barcelona), the 23rd of November of 1970, is a twin daughter of a family of 7 chlidren. Big family and all related to the sports life, sailing, hockey or gymnastics, as a very interested also , on music or arts.

At the age of 17 she was totally focused on sport climbs mood, she did 4 years of competition, but after that she needed a break and quit that and move towards the mountains of the Pyrenees there, she identified herself with the snowboard and, the free Ride discipline, where she also did some fun competitions. Back then she also got to know a bit more of the alpine climbing world and got into the National Alpine Team, but doesn’t reach a year that she leaves it as it is not what she felt like.

Therefore, after having got the degrees of Snowboarding, Mountain leader and a Climber Leader, combining her life up in the mountains with some job abroad, as guide for big travel agencies, or a rock climber guide around our geography.

As a result, after 18 years in the Mountains, she comes back to Montserrat, may be the roots, combining her guides around there and around Pyrenees, or abroad. Now in collaboration with BarcelonaWalking Guide.
